Chocolate chips will be dark chocolate unless otherwise specified. Cocoa powder is organic.

Salt: Himalayan or Le Guerandais Coarse Sea Salt Gros Sel
Organic pure cane sugar, brown sugar, & local honey (NC) for sweeteners.
